I. Rebirth and Divine Order

In the wake of the cataclysmic battle against the primordial titans, the mortal races of Eldareth turned their efforts towards rebuilding their shattered world. In gratitude to their gods for their guidance and protection during the darkest of times, they erected magnificent monuments and temples, seeking to honor their divine benefactors.

In return for their devotion and faith, the gods bestowed upon their most devout mortal followers the gift of divine magic, granting them the power to shape their own destinies and protect their world from future threats. With this newfound power, the mortal races found solace and strength in their connection to the divine, using their magic to heal the wounds of their world and usher in an era of renewal.

Embracing their newfound role as guardians of the elements, and with a solemn vow to uphold the legacy of Lymarel -safeguarding the balance of the elements- the Primarchs crafted four sets of magical bracers, each imbued with the essence of their respective element. The Primarchs donned their respective sets of bracers, each one a testament of their commitment to preserving the delicate harmony of the elements, but also serving as symbols of unity and reminders of the importance of cooperation. Together, they would rule over their respective domains as a quadrumvirate for eons to come.

Meanwhile, the Dragon Ascendants, retreated to their respective territories, where they watched over their domains with vigilance and wisdom. From their lofty perches, they guided and protected the mortal races, their presence a reassuring beacon in a world still reeling from the chaos of the past.

But the giants, ever mindful of their duty to protect Eldareth, knew that more needed to be done to safeguard the world against future threats. And so, under the leadership of the Jarl Triumvirate, Thalkor of the Stone Giants, Saaktar of the Fire Giants, and Thorden of the Storm Giants, a bold plan was set in motion.

Using the remains of the primordial titans, gathered from the battlefield where they had been defeated, the giants forged an artifact known as the Soul Forge, a mystical furnace of immense power that held the power to shape and imbue life itself. With the Soul Forge at their disposal, the giants set to work, each jarl crafting a unique clan of dwarves, each with their own unique strengths and abilities.

Saaktar created the Emberforge dwarves, sturdy and resilient beings with a deep affinity for fire. Thorden crafted the Runeborn dwarves; These dwarves were masters of rune magic, weaving powerful sigils and enchantments to protect their homes. Thalkor gave rise to the Ironcrest dwarves, whose hearts were as unyielding as the mountains themselves. These dwarves were mighty warriors and defenders, standing as steadfast sentinels against any who would threaten their lands.

Together, the three clans of dwarves formed an unbreakable bond, united in their purpose to protect Eldareth and uphold the legacy of their giant creators. With their strength and determination, they would stand as bulwarks against the forces of chaos.
